We’re hiring a Document Imaging Specialist to play a vital role in processing and digitizing medical records. In this role, you’ll help ensure healthcare providers have timely access to accurate patient information. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all pages contain the correct patient identification and barcode.
• Review paper records against electronic documents to verify image quality and completeness.
• Retrieve, scan, and prepare records for transport from inpatient and outpatient units, including the Emergency Department.
• Accurately determine the destination of records and loose reports.
• Report discrepancies or irregularities in records to management.
• Utilize discharge logs to verify record receipt.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have prior healthcare experience.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
