Job Summary: The Site Superintendent for Luxury Home Construction is responsible for managing multiple high-end residential projects from start to finish. This role involves acting as the primary on-site contact, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, maintaining project schedules, and providing regular client updates. The Superintendent oversees daily site operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures materials and tools are available as needed. They work closely with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule, solve any issues, and ensure adherence to the highest quality standards. Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar platforms is essential. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage teams
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

- Oversees multiple projects as site superintendent and primary contact.  
- Maintains client communication through email, phone, Buildertrend, and meetings.  
- Provides regular verbal/written updates on job progress.  
- Conducts daily site visits to ensure quality and cleanliness.  
- Works with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule.  
- Problem-solves delays or issues and meets with inspectors.  
- Manages project schedules and logs in Buildertrend.  
- Schedules and coordinates subcontractors, addressing scope questions and processing change orders.  
- Ensures materials and tools are available and ready for installation.  
- Supervises field workers and ensures adherence to company standards.
