Our client in the West Haven, CT area is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role so the right candidate should have 5+ years experience in a GM role ideally in the manufacturing/machinery industry. The ideal candidate will lead their team, drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Help and oversee training and manage staff in the parts and service departments.
Oversee inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of parts and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
