Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Leasing of open units
- Managing collections of rents and legal notices as needed
- Conducting recertification work
- Preparing financial reports for the property manager
- Providing exceptional customer service to all residents and prospective residents
- Processing maintenance requests and coordinating unit inspections
- Performing other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Education: Associates Degree or Higher Preferred - or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience with property management software, such as Yardi or RealPage
- Previous experience with affordable housing programs, such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit or Section 8 is required
- Certifications COS and C3P preferred
- Spanish fluency preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Familiarity with different computer systems, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a diverse community
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
