Randstad is looking for someone that has an understanding of Logistics Coordination and Administrative duties for a permanent placement in Fayette County, GA.  This is an OFFICE opportunity and is 100% ON SITE with the customer. The ideal candidate is familiar with order entry, shipping documentation and administrative functions in order to manage the Shipping Calendar for the company.  You must exude a positive, "can do" attitude to be successful in this role.

salary: $53,000 - $58,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Answers and manages all inbound service calls, logs, and assigns phone support requests for the client.
• Monitors expiring yearly phone support contracts and contacts customers for renewal.
• Communicates quotes and parts order confirmations to customers.
• Assigns and communicates RMA numbers to customers.
• Proactively shares information during customer interactions about the client’s offerings, including but not limited to: Service Support Plans, Trade Shows, Media Events, and Sales Specials.
• Takes direct ownership of all customer matters.
• Clearly communicates summarized details of otherwise unresolvable customer issues to management within all applicable departments.
• Continuously reimagines ways to improve the customer experience; proactively identifies inefficiencies for the client’s customers and employees, particularly related to service scheduling, part pricing, and technical repair quotations.
• Coordinates customer machine relocations and assists in generating supporting documents.
