Responsibilities
- Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
- Sourcing documents from our document repository
- Generating forms
- Identifying fields within forms which require client input
- Tagging fields which require client signatures
- Mailing forms to clients
- Reviewing, splitting and uploading forms upon receiving signed forms from clients
- Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries (non-investment or product related), and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
- Servicing as the liaison with clients and 3rd parties, fielding inquiries, researching requests, and coordinating appropriate responses
