Our client is a growing construction company looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to manage our billing and payment processes. Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA billing and related reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and supporting documentation.
- Oversee accounts receivable aging and follow up with contractors on payment status.
- Record and post incoming payments and deposits.
- Set up new projects and document all change orders.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Compile and prepare monthly Costing Reports.
- Ensure Certificates of Insurance are obtained and maintained for all General Contractors.
- Potential to expand into Human Resources tasks.
