Responsibilities

• Submit warranty purchases and cancellations per manufacturer requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with sales managers and warranty company representatives to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Submit incentive claims and ensure timely payment.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer incentive programs.
• Communicate with sales and service teams to facilitate incentive processing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of automotive warranty and incentive programs a plus.
• Familiarity with dealership service systems (CDK) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good problem-solving skills.
