Responsibilities
- Journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, cash receipts, AP approvals utilizing Yardi Payscan, calculate monthly management fees
- Complete personal property tax, business license and business occupancy tax returns and submitted to tax offices
- Budgets, reforecast, leasing reports, financial reporting, invoice coding/entry, vendor COI’s, maintain tenant files
- Complete internal audits on fixed asset reviews, property evaluations, and financial reporting
- Reconcile balance sheets
- Assisted the VP of Finance with monthly and annual close processes
- Abide by GAAP procedures
- Help support CFO with end of year audit
