Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming Shipments: Receive, inspect, and process raw materials into the ERP system, filing paperwork accurately.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory movement and organization, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- Order Processing: Collaborate with operations to prepare and package products, ensuring accurate user documentation and product packaging.
- Quality Control: Prepare and pack shipments with strict quality control, ensuring no short or incorrect items are shipped.
- Shipping Documentation: Print and apply shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and MIL-STD shipping labels.
- Shipment Tracking: Track shipments and monitor costs in the required systems.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and schedule carrier pickups (preferably FedEx).
- Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to MIL-STD-129R and MIL-STD-130N requirements.
- Support: Assist with inventory tracking, distribution, and order processing.
- Training Compliance: Complete TacMed Solutions policy reviews and training via ADP within ten business days.
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in shipping or inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

- Track serialized components such as batteries.
- Ensure customer orders, products, and documents are accurate, processed, and shipped on time.
- Prepare, assemble, and palletize/box TacMed Simulations orders, adhering to strict quality control for items on packing lists. Ensure no short or incorrect items are shipped.
- Print and apply shipping-related documents (packing lists, bills of lading, MIL-STD labels) for both commercial and military shipments.
- Track shipments and shipping costs in the system.
- Prepare domestic and international manufacturing shipping documents and schedule carrier pickups (preferably FedEx).
- Understand and adhere to MIL-STD-129R and MIL-STD-130N requirements.
