A well known organization based in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced In-House Paralegal to support the team for an 8 month project! This positon is a contract role with a duration of 8 months to start, and an opportunity for extension.  This role focuses on litigation, contract review, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of in-house experience with a large company and be skilled in managing discovery, responding to subpoenas, and handling general liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigation Support: Assist with general liability matters across various subject areas.
• Discovery Management: Oversee discovery processes, including document review and fact investigation.
• Contract Review: Analyze contracts and provide support on indemnification matters.
• Legal Holds & Subpoenas: Respond to subpoenas, draft indemnification letters, and manage legal hold procedures.
• Client Communication: Explain deposition processes and legal requirements to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of in-house paralegal experience 
• litigation and contract review background.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly resourceful, proactive, and skilled at gathering necessary information efficiently.
