We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Parts Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing quotes, and offering updates to customers on aviation parts. As a key member of our customer service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers inquiring about aviation parts.
• Provide quotes, process orders, and provide timely updates on part availability and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all communications are properly logged.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support sales and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is required.
• Experience in aviation or knowledge of aviation parts 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $18 – $21 per hour + benefits.
