Responsibilities
- Ensuring new orders are entered timely and notifying customers of any backordered items
- Notifying customers of shipping delays
- Managing all international accounts
- Answering customer calls and emails, addressing issues
- Assisting with monthly shipping budgets
- Running reports for open invoices and following up on past-due accounts
