Responsibilities
Process weekly payrolls
Completion of all certified payrolls
Submittal of certified payroll
Subcontractor compliance
Setup and distribute all prevailing wage or special handling
Weekly compliance on all certified payroll submittals
Issue manual payroll check if needed
Child support deductions and garnishments
Setup employee state and Federal Withholdings
Setup employee direct deposits
Assist employees with Time off balance and payroll inquiries
