As a receptionist for our customer, your main responsibility is to create a welcoming environment and delivering top-notch customer service. You'll be the friendly face greeting visitors, answering calls, and addressing any questions or needs they might have.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquires.
• Maintains employee data base files.
• Handles sensitive and confidential documents.
• Process and distributes HR mail.
• Maintains and distributes HR mail.
• Assists the HR team in various tasks and projects.
• Conducts pre-employment testing and pre-screening interviews.
• Process all new hires and termination paperwork.
•  Maintains the higuest level of employee/guest relations.
• Other duties as assigned.
