Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives. Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and documents. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Office & Administrative Support: Provide primary support to the CEO, President, Controller, and HR Director. Prepare business reports, presentations, and documents. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring discretion with confidential information. Provide backup support for Receptionist duties.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Plan and coordinate corporate events, off-site meetings, and executive engagements.
- Project & Task Management: Assist with research, data analysis, and executive report preparation. Support special projects and ad hoc tasks. Track deadlines and follow up on action items.
