Responsibilities
- Oversees preparation of settlement statements for client closings
- Maintains case management software with relevant settlement information.
- Prepares and enters bank deposits into accounting software with respect to client settlement checks
- Enters costs associated with the client's case in Cost Account
- Enters case related invoices into case management software
- Calculate marketing funds at the direction of the Chief Financial Officer
- Keeps track of Firm liens and collects payments from new attorney/insurance company(ies) when the case settles
- Other assignments and projects as assigned by Management
