Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver professional and efficient patient support via phone, email, and online messaging.
- Assist patients and authorized family members with account setup, login issues, and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
- Process user-generated tickets and resolve issues following ITIL best practices.
- Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Participate in projects focused on improving service desk operations and customer communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance department efficiency and the overall patient experience.
- High school diploma required; prior healthcare experience is a plus.
- Customer service or patient services experience (phone experience mandatory).
- Proficiency with computers, web browsers, and mobile devices (smartphones/tablets).
- Familiarity with customer service applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Service Manager) is a plus.
- bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
