Responsibilities
As a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner, job duties include:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including more complex and leadership-level roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company priorities.
- Manage a portfolio of up to 25 requisitions, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted advisor in recruitment strategies and decision-making processes.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, offering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical, corporate, or agency environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Workday, preferred.
- Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media, networking platforms, job boards, and diverse talent communities to effectively source top talent.
