Responsibilities

Lead and mentor corporate recruitment team, ensuring efficiency and continuous
improvement in hiring practices.
• Work with executive management to create and implement effective hiring strategies
to attract top talent who align with company goals.
• Work closely with managers to understand team needs and tailor recruitment efforts
accordingly.
• Enhance the company’s employer brand through job fairs, social media, and
partnerships to attract top candidates.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline the
hiring process.

• Track and assess key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to optimize
hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
