Responsibilities
Support the Contingent Workforce Management Manager and the Director of Talent Acquisition with the day-to-day operations of procuring temporary and contingent talent along with owning and driving forth their 2025 initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers on an array of topics
- Guide from initial request to the completion of the contingent workforce resource's completion of their time
- Educate and align expectations
- Support inquiries and concerns
- Train and educate on the proper use of vndly
- Engage and oversee vendor partnerships
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis surrounding policies and process development of vendor performance and workforce analytics
- Assist with the development and administration of contingent workforce policies, guidelines, processes, and best practices
- Provide ongoing training and education surrounding contingent workforce topics across the enterprise
- Serve as the HR point of contact for the Hiring Managers of the contingent workforce population
- Troubleshoot and support the Hiring Manager's vndly inquiries
- Provide guidance, governance, and assist with escalations from vendor partners
- Manage lifecycle of contingent workforce
- Ensure program SLAs are met through metrics, reporting, and operational oversight and supervision
