Responsibilities
We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead and support medium-to-high complexity projects, programs, and initiatives. This role involves managing projects through all lifecycle stages, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
- Develop SOWs, business proposals, functional requirements, project plans, and budgets.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, quality, and cost management.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and project outcomes.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
