You will play a key role in transforming business needs into cutting-edge technology solutions, working alongside a diverse group of stakeholders across sales, operations, logistics, and IT. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to collect and document detailed business requirements, ensuring the OMS aligns with business needs.
- Analyze and refine business processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system performance.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements for the IT team.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, use cases, process flows, data analytics, and user stories.
- Collaborate on the design and configuration of the OMS, ensuring it is tailored to business needs and adheres to industry regulations.
- Focus on the unique challenges of radio pharmaceutical products, including regulatory compliance, shelf life, and invoicing, to ensure seamless order management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the IT team, facilitating smooth communication and mutual understanding.
- Lead engaging meetings and workshops to gather input, validate requirements, and secure buy-in from all key stakeholders.
- Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project progress, proactively addressing risks and issues.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the OMS meets both business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes.
- Identify and document defects, working with the IT team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or logistics industries.
- Experience with commercial order management systems is highly desirable. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with radio pharmaceutical products and relevant regulations is a major advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., process mapping, requirements management software) is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while collaborating across teams.
