Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System to ensure it functions effectively.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of WMS with other business systems.
- Identify areas where warehouse operations can be improved and recommend solutions using the WMS.
- Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff on how to use the WMS system effectively.
- Monitor system performance and address any technical issues or challenges that arise.
- Assist with system updates, upgrades, and testing to ensure the system remains current and functional.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy through WMS tools and ensure real-time updates are accurate.
- Work with warehouse operations and other teams to resolve issues and improve overall workflows.

- working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
