Responsibilities
The Human Resource Division Representative I provides direct support under general supervision to applicants, hospital employees, other groups, and hospital management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions. Receives and responds to requests concerning HR policies/programs and seeks to resolve moderate to complex issues; appropriately escalates queries from employees to others for additional information. May respond via online resources, telephone, or face to face. Informs HR Leadership and staff about recurring issues and trends in customer support. Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop FAQs, reports, and other forms of materials and documentation. The HR Division Rep I processes various paper and electronic forms and media related to documenting human resources activities. Performs data entry into human resources systems and databases and/or documents activities to support departmental programs. Schedules appointments, trainings and performs general office administration and clerical duties. Assists with both individual and mass employee communications
