As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
- Provide exceptional patient-facing customer service, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Coordinate patient flow by assisting with check-in, registration, billing/financial aid, and insurance processes.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support scheduling, clinic operations, and overall patient care.
- Be part of a team dedicated to providing cost-effective, clinically competent, and reliable healthcare.

- 1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting OR 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, scheduling, and insurance.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience

Responsibilities
Patient Care Coordinators are responsible and accountable for the coordination of information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics.
As a patient-facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, helping patients through processes like check-in, registration, billing/financial aide and insurance.
Patient Care Coordinators work in conjunction with our clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.
