Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to book Commercial and Consumer loan's onto the bank's system of record and perfect bank's collateral.
- Responsible for maintaining control of bank collateral through set-up and input of document tracking items.
- Assures initial lien perfection and responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of the booking and collateral process. Independently perform research and interact with client team partners with confidence and knowledge.
- Interfaces with company vendors, legal counsel and business partners to ensure world-class service.
- In all measurable categories maintains an acceptable level of accuracy.
- Primary responsibility is to book the loan onto the banks system of record and perfect bank's collateral.
- Responsible for maintaining control of bank collateral through set-up, exception tracking and standardization of collateral files. Assures initial lien perfection.
- Responsible for accurate input of all indicative data changes.
