Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups to meet customer deadlines.
  
  
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  
  
• Monitor routes and provide real-time updates to drivers and clients.
  
  
• Address and resolve delivery delays, route changes, and other logistical challenges.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and dispatch logs.
  
  
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking to optimize routing and efficiency.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
