Responsibilities
- Ability to follow structured workflows and SOPs, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, validation, and pattern recognition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and data management tools.
- Skilled in Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to flag inconsistencies or issues clearly and effectively (prior experience is a must).
- Previous experience in a data entry or quality assurance role preferred; a background in shipping is an added advantage.
- Customer service experience, especially in logistics, is a plus.
- Comfortable with participating in Teams meetings, handling emails to customers, coordinating emails between internal departments, and performing data entry tasks.
