We are actively seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join a growing team in the Exton, PA area on a temp to perm basis. This is a full time postition, Monday-Friday, 100% on site. The ideal candidate for this role will be available ASAP, and come with at least 2+ years of recent accounting experience, primarily performing A/R & A/P functions.  

salary: $20 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School



Responsibilities

• Provide bookkeeping, clerical support, and general accounting assistance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Execute accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including processing vendor invoices and managing payments.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and post bank deposits and general ledger entries.
• Enter financial transaction data into the accounting system.
• Research, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy.
