Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Dean of Residential Life and Residential Life Faculty.
- Manage daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist students and visitors while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
- Coordinate transportation for medical and dental appointments in collaboration with the school nurse.
- Utilize and operate various computer programs, including Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail
- Handle office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and voicemail systems.
- Prepare reports, complete special projects, and assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Residential Life Program.
- Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in office management and working with adolescents.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborative, flexible, and empathetic approach to work.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the workday.
