Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional? We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team providing high-level sales and customer service support. In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as a vital point of contact, handling customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external clients.

salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order management, and issue resolution.
• Support sales teams by managing back-office tasks, allowing them to focus on business development.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and complaints, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Investigate and document lost or damaged orders, non-product complaints, and credit/rebill requests.
• Utilize SAP, Salesforce, and other customer service applications to manage customer accounts and transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience (call center experience a plus).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
