- 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and manage vendors/subcontractors
- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure successful execution of remodels and rollouts
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to closure (no travel required)
- Provide high-level project and administrative support to the project management team
- Schedule projects, track budgets, prepare invoices, and manage vendor relations
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status and address any arising issues
- Ensure accurate documentation of project tasks, resources, and budgets
- Plan, schedule, and manage field service technicians
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain and organize all necessary project documentation
