Responsibilities
- Draft/Prepare memos and other correspondence
- Distribute and manage flow of materials and mail
- Database data entry
- Answering questions and phone calls about donation process
- Take payments as needed
- Responsible for clerical and filing functions, including keeping samples organized
- Manage member and nonmember communications as required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have a high school diploma, associates degree preferred or HS diploma with additional training
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds
