Are you an experienced banking operations professional with cash movement, reconciling, multiple banking software systems, researching, accounting understanding, and client services experience looking for a dynamic, fast paced role with a highly respected global company?  Or, did you recently complete post-secondary education in business, accounting, or banking and have the desire to utilize your education to manage cash movement and reconciliation?   This is an excellent opportunity for the dynamic, critical-thinking, deadline-oriented, numbers-minded professional.  You will spend your day working with 50+ banking institutions by initiating cash movements; then, managing and tracking the transactions.  Training is onsite for the first 3 weeks.  Then, you will transition to working a minimum of 2 days a week onsite.  There may be additional days due to learning and covering additional functions of the team.  The remaining work days of the week are flexible for you to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of cash movement transactions (EFT, ACH, Wire Transfers, Stop Payments, Positive Pay Exceptions etc.Mi) daily amongst 50+ different banking accounts and 11 different banking platforms
• Research and input missing information into multiple databases, computer systems, and banking platforms
• Match and verify documents for quality assurance
• Follow up with internal resources and banking contacts to clear up discrepancies
• Document and provide a paper trail of actions taken to correct errors
• Input financial returned items
• Ensure all cash movement is reconciled and handled 100% accurately
• Work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week and within a cohesive supportive team
