Key Responsibilities: Sales:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage and update customer data in the internal CRM system.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Conduct on-site visits to provide product demonstrations and technical support.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain concise written reports after customer interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote products.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial machinery, cutting tools, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of machine tools, cutting tools, or similar industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel across the Midwest
- Valid driver’s license.
