A high volume property management company is partnering with Randstad to find a contract Assistant Property Manager. The ideal candidate has minimum 2-3 years prior experience in high end property management, keen organizational skills, and prior experience supporting tax credit recertification and compliance. Familiarity with Yardi, TIC, and Project based vouchers is required, while being fluent in Spanish is a plus.
salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Support the property manager with the annual recertification process
- Work with and facilitate tenant move ins and outs as well as facilitating all aspects of apartment leasing
- Support with ensuring proper paperwork compliance for tax recertification and process calculations
- Monitor collections, rent payments, and enforce the collection policy as needed
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service by responding to and addressing resident issues and complaints.
- Provide additional assistance in all facets of physical and financial management as needed and assigned
- Experienced in compliance calculations and comes with a compliance background
- 2-3 years of assistant property management experience minimum
- 2-3 years experience with Yardi, project bad based vouchers, and recertifications
- Prior experience in high volume and high end property management
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
