Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support, preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Stellar organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must pass a criminal background screening and drug tests.
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and ability to travel.
- Stellar interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and leave policies.
- Stay updated on labor laws to ensure organizational compliance.
- Prepare HR reports such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Support training initiatives, organize workshops, and maintain training records.
- Conduct random urinalysis screenings and document results.
- Assist with performance evaluation processes and follow-up actions.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare job descriptions and maintain HR forms.
- Assist with employee disciplinary investigations and grievances.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and other tasks as assigned.
- Assist with HR-related issues and support directors and staff.
- Participate in exit interviews and provide feedback for organizational improvements.
- Comply with all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
