Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment collections, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes, working closely with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor aging accounts and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and send regular statements to clients and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring that all receivables are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all AR transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Generate and review AR reports for management, providing insights into cash flow and customer payment trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
