In this role, you will:
- Lead pre-completion testing to verify and validate regulatory issue remediation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with AML, risk, and audit requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Programs, Work Streams, and Projects to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Conduct pre-completion testing at both Design and Operating Effectiveness levels
- Verify and validate that remedial actions effectively address regulatory issues
- Collaborate with the FCRM Monitoring & Testing team to review financial crime risks
- Provide insights and recommend improvements to internal controls and compliance processes
- Ensure testing activities are aligned with regulatory expectations and procedures
- Partner with internal teams to support audits, issue management, and compliance efforts
