Responsibilities

• Handle the financial settlements for independent contractors, which involves everything from fuel expenses to various adjustments.
• Maintain and update contractor account records within their systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage escrow accounts, including setting them up and processing related transactions.
• Generate deposit batches, manually loading payments, and issuing checks.
• Prepare and distribute settlement documents to contractors and internal teams.
• Verify and reconcile account balances, and processing final settlements.
• Assist with setting up new contractor vendor records and handle fuel card assignments.
• Verify contractor banking information for direct deposit.
• Provide general support to the Driver Services team as needed.
