Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents with precision and adherence to deadlines
  
  
• Assisting attorneys in large-scale document productions and fulfill discovery requests
  
  
• Reviewing and indexing medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  
  
• Maintaining and updating pleadings and discovery indexes
  
  
• Preparing and calendaring deposition deadlines, errata forms, and confidentiality designations
  
  
• Supporting trial preparation efforts, including scheduling, exhibit coordination, and logistics
  
  
• Organizing and preparing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for legal proceedings
  
  
• Utilizing state and federal electronic filing systems (Pacer proficiency required) to file and retrieve case documents
  
  
• Conducting pre-claim investigations, perform legal research, and complete initial case assessments
  
  
• Applying Bates labeling for document productions
