In this exciting role, you’ll be pivotal in preparing high-level materials for Executive Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings and assisting with the project management of SEC Enhancements and Upgrades. You’ll play a key role in driving strategic planning, managing cross-functional collaboration, and providing data-driven insights to guide critical business decisions.

salary: $56.96 - $61.96 per hour

Responsibilities
As a Strategic Planner, Job duties include:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to meet business objectives.
- Analyze data, generate insights, and create reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Manage and lead through conflicts, driving resolution towards goal completion.
- Monitor performance metrics, recommend improvements, and optimize business strategies.
- Support senior leadership in project management and the execution of strategic initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or market research with a thorough understanding of transformational technology changes.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) as well as MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
