Are you a people person with a passion for real estate and customer service? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, helping them find their ideal home while ensuring a seamless leasing process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you! You must be able to work weekends, full time and be in the office 100% of the time. This is not a hybrid role. You must also have a valid driver's license and your own car to go from each complex.  

salary: $45,000 - $47,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations:
  
  
  • Build and maintain relationships with current tenants. 
  • Address tenant inquiries and concerns. 
  • Collect rent payments and handle late payments. 

• Marketing and Sales:
  
  
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants. 
  • Promote properties through various channels, including online listings and social media. 
  • Maintain and update property listings and marketing materials. 

• Administrative Tasks:
  
  
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, applications, and tenant information. 
  • Prepare reports and track occupancy rates. 
  • Assist with move-in and move-out procedures. 

• Compliance:
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations. 
  • Follow company policies and procedures. 

• Lease Management:
  
  
  • Process applications, conduct background and credit checks. 
  • Prepare and manage lease agreements. 
  • Negotiate lease terms, including rent and special conditions. 
  • Handle lease renewals and terminations.
