We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of federal and administrative litigation. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, including but not limited to drafting and filing pleadings, preparing discovery responses, managing document productions, and supporting preparation for depositions, hearings, and motions. The successful candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and advanced computer proficiency.

salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and prepare pleadings such as Petitions, Answers, Affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and motions.
• Assist in the preparation of motions, pleadings, and other court filings in accordance with court rules.
• Maintain accurate records of docket dates and track deadlines for litigation-related activities.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate submission of filings and documentation.
• Provide litigation support and assist with case management tasks, including file maintenance and organizing documents.
• Perform research and gather legal and factual information as needed for cases.
• Utilize various software programs (Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, FileSite, Lexis Nexis) to manage documents and filings efficiently.
