Are you an experienced Fleet Coordinator looking for an opportunity to manage and optimize fleet operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the logistics, maintenance, and compliance of our vehicle fleet.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficiency, vendor management, and proper utilization of fleet resources. A solid accounting skill set is highly valued for this role, as it will support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting related to fleet operations.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs for all vehicles; oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and efficient routing of vehicles; analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes; coordinate with vendors for vehicle procurement and maintenance services, ensuring optimal contract management; conduct analysis on any issues related to fleet performance or logistics challenges; maintain accurate records of stock levels within the warehouse related to fleet operations; utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage stock efficiently; collaborate with third-party providers to enhance operations efficiency.
