Randstad has partnered with a reputable organization in Haverhill to help fill an open position on their Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers via phone and email while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Customer Service experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and possess excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships through open, collaborative communication and prompt responses.
• Enter customer orders into the ERP system and track them to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Assist the sales team with onboarding new customers and support the Finance Team as a customer liaison.

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a preference of that being within the Manufacturing Industry
• Excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Adept with Microsoft Office Suite
