salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a 3-line telephone system
• Respond to and log inquiries
• Organize client files for opening & closing purposes
• Maintain Excel-based data trackers
• Manage and maintain Google Drive files
• Match client services to instructors' billing & written reports for accuracy
• Assist in managing billing process with various employees and 1099 contractors/vendors
• Manage and update donor data and information
• Update social media platforms as requested
• Other as assigned and business needs arise
• Provide support to the Executive Director and Program/Operations Manager with assigned duties and as
  requested.
