As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing the Sales Profit & Loss (P&L) for some of the largest SaaS architectures. From tracking headcount and expenses to forecasting budgets, your contributions will directly impact business strategy and success. You’ll collaborate with sales leaders, ensure compliance with internal processes, and build precise expense forecasts that drive impactful decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Expense Management team on headcount and expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure accurate and compliant budget requests
- Build and maintain detailed expense forecasts and participate in monthly opex forecasting
- Track and report on financial performance for SaaS architectures, helping ensure strategic goals are met
- Solid background in finance, accounting, or business analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills and organizational prowess
- Previous experience with P&L management, opex tracking, and expense forecasting is a plus
- Remote: Work from anywhere in the EST time zone

Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, job duties include:
- Support the Expense Management team by assisting with headcount and expense tracking.
- Discuss budget requests with sales leaders and ensure compliance with purchase order processes.
- Build and maintain accurate expense forecasts for various SaaS architectures.
- Participate in monthly opex forecasting and collaborate with sales teams on spend validation.
- Track and report on P&L, opex, budgeting, and expense forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for budgeting and expense tracking.
- Work with large datasets and provide actionable insights for cost management.
- 5 +years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis with a Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proven expertise in Excel, Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with P&L management, opex tracking, budgeting, and expense forecasting.
- Ability to process large amounts of data and effectively track expenses and headcount.
