Responsibilities
- Maintain and handle documentation within secure customer portals for designated accounts.
- Assist in identifying accurate part numbers and pricing for distributed products for both customers and internal teams.
- Generate quotations and process orders, manage financial document transfers, and oversee assigned customer accounts.
- Provide timely updates on backorders, incorrect shipments, returns, and credits for assigned accounts.
- Generate and monitor Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for assigned accounts.
- Inform the Purchasing team of stock shortages and quantity discrepancies for assigned customer orders.
- Act as a liaison with the Accounting Department to support the resolution of invoicing and payment issues.
- Work closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Management to identify company-distributed products.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Manager.
